Here are the rules. Before joining you should read this, but don't worry they are very basic and what most if not all fanlist go by.

1) You have to love/like Julian Luna.

2) You do not need to have a website in order to be a part of the fanlisting. But if you do have a site (no anti- Julian Luna, no bashing, no porn sites), then you should have a code on your site (text or graphic code). Preferable before you join.

3) You must type in your name and country on the form. Please keep your name simple, meaning no jumble of letters and numers (TaKs32Fkasl).

4) Fill out the joining form completely and correctly. Not completed ones will be deleted.

5) You must use a vaild email address. But that is a given as if you don't the form won't work. :P
